USP&E brings the operational backbone — financing, EPC, PPA structuring, and twenty-plus years deploying gas power worldwide. BAM brings the reactor: FEL-1 closed, supply chain characterised, twenty years of pebble-bed SMR experience.

USP&E Global is a power solutions company delivering dispatchable generation to industrial off-takers, mining operations, and mission-critical loads across North America, Africa, and Latin America. The firm owns the gas turbine fleet that anchors the BridgePower bridge.

In the JV, USP&E owns gas block deployment, site operations, grid interconnection, EPC delivery, and the commercial PPA structure.

BAM ENERGY · THE REACTOR

Twenty years. One reactor philosophy.

BAM Energy’s core team designed, commissioned and operated the High Temperature Test Unit — the most significant long-duration pebble-bed SMR test facility ever built. That practical, integrated-systems experience is now embedded in the Nuclear Pearl Reactor.

In the JV, BAM owns reactor design, licensing, fuel sourcing, factory ramp, and the central O&M hub.
